Job summary

Qualifications

• Quality program management experience interpreting QA contractual requirements (DOE 414.1F, ASME NQA-1 2008/2009).
• Decision making: experience in effective decision-making and risk management on complex technical issues.
• Supervisory: experience leading and managing direct reports to meet objectives.
• Program/Project Management: experience developing and managing projects and schedules.
• Relationship Management: experience managing complex relationships and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor your team while delivering program and project objectives.
• Support quality management plans related to construction in nuclear facilities.
• Collaborate across project portfolios, manage inspector resources, and resolve quality issues.
• Participate in quality program implementation including reviews, oversight, and nonconformances.
• Provide expert quality leadership and advance LANL's growth as a learning organization.
