Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for Housekeeping to uphold exceptional guest room cleanliness and presentation across all areas.

You will conduct daily inspections, review guest feedback, and work with leadership to implement corrective actions, SOPs, and staff training.

Leadership in housekeeping, strong organization, and English fluency are required; Spanish/Creole a plus; college degree or hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams.
• Proven ability to coach and train staff.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• English language proficiency required; Spanish and/or Creole preferred.
• College degree or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily QA inspections of rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and standards.
• Review guest feedback and quality scores to identify deficiencies.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping leadership to implement corrective actions and maintain standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, inspection checklists, training materials, and quality documentation.
• Prepare the Housekeeping Department for internal audits, VIP arrivals, and special events.
