Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods in Memphis, Tennessee, seeks a Quality Assurance professional to monitor key process control points, document issues and support corrective actions in production.

You will assist with pre-operational inspections, verify CCPs, maintain records and ensure GMPs and HACCP compliance. An associate degree in a science field or 1+ year QA experience is preferred; English proficiency and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a science-related field or 1+ years in a QA role.
• Basic knowledge of GMPs, Food Safety, and safety requirements.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly for documentation.
• Basic computer skills including e-mail, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Document food safety and quality issues and participate in corrective actions.
• Assist with pre-operational inspections of production plant and equipment.
• Verify critical control points (CCPs) and validate against the HACCP plan.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Adhere to HACCP, GMP, foreign material control, sanitation, and QA programs.
• Support overtime as production demands require.
