White Castle’s Vandalia Plant is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to assist the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Control Program. You’ll ensure raw materials and finished products meet USDA and FDA specs while guiding team members on quality, food safety, HACCP, and GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in food science, biology, microbiology, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in production methods and root cause analysis preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQF, FDA, USDA regulations and directives, HACCP, SOPs, and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and guide Quality Team Members.
• Develop and supervise policies and procedures for food safety and quality (GMP, HACCP, SSOP, SQF).
• Conduct pre-operational and operational facility inspections; propose practical solutions.
