Coca-Cola Consolidated in Sandston is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance (QA) to lead and develop the QA team on the manufacturing floor and in the QA Lab, guiding cross‑functional groups to uphold quality and food safety requirements across products.

You will own the CMS program, conduct internal audits, monitor lab data, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with regulatory, customer, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–3 years of college or technical school.
• Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Health Sciences background.
• Experience in QA, manufacturing or lab environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team on the manufacturing floor and QA Lab to deliver results.
• Engage and develop teammates through performance management, coaching, and training.
• Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus and company values.
• Manage the CMS program ensuring QA specifications and regulatory requirements are met; lead internal audits.
• Monitor lab data for accuracy, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Support audits from regulatory, certification, and customer sources.
