Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages seeks a seasoned Quality Assurance leader to head the QA Department, ensuring superior product quality at optimal cost while safeguarding safety and compliance. You will coordinate sanitation programs, manage regulatory permits, and drive QA testing and documentation with teams across operations and sales.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of beverage industry management, familiarity with Coca-Cola systems, and strong knowledge of ISO standards and GMP/GLP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical or food science, preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience in beverage industry, preferred.
• Experience with Coca-Cola system, beverage industry, or consumer products preferred.
• ISO 22000/9000/14001 or other management systems knowledge.
• GMP/GLP and HACCP knowledge.
• Strong collaboration and process-improvement track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance Department to ensure quality and safety.
• Oversee sanitation compliance including CIP, water treatment, and storm water management.
• Oversee all required permitting with governmental agencies.
• Ensure QA testing and record-keeping are accurate and efficient.
• Collaborate with operations and sales to improve Coca-Cola quality indices.
• Establish and balance the yearly departmental budget.
• Manage outside vendors for food safety and quality services.
