General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist II in Arkansas to join our quality team. You will help maintain and improve the Quality Management System, participate in audits, and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality across programs.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree with 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Prepares and implements Quality Assurance policies, procedures & review cycles
• Maintains and updates internal audit programs and required audit schedules
• Participates in audits and creates audit reports
• Evaluates audit findings and aids in the implementation of appropriate corrective actions
• Maintains and improves Quality Management System and generate reports as needed
• Creates, updates & leads Quality training as needed
• May administer the material review boards & database
• May also lead or support various projects as assigned
