Job summary

KIHOMAC in Layton, UT seeks a Quality Management professional to act as the technical representative for the QMS across the organization. You will cultivate a quality mindset, develop and maintain manufacturing quality processes, and support strategic plans with data-driven analysis.

You will lead audits, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with supply chain, program management, and engineering to ensure materials and product requirements are met. Requires US citizenship and on-site work.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for this position.
• Experience developing and implementing quality management systems.
• Ability to analyze drawings, specifications and establish quality attributes.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical representation for quality management system across organization.
• Cultivate and champion the quality mindset across disciplines.
• Develop, execute and maintain manufacturing quality processes.
• Contribute information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews.
• Prepare and complete action plans and implement standards across production, quality, and customer service.
• Complete audits and identify system improvements.
• Develop QA plans from proposal phase to post-award with DFMEA/PFMEA risk analyses.
• Validate quality processes via specifications, documentation, and qualification activities.
• Lead quality improvements and interface with supply chain, program management, and engineering.
• Manage nonconformances from root cause analysis to corrective actions.
• Review 2D drawings and ensure accuracy from 3D models using CAD/CAM systems.
