Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a Contract Data Deliverables Specialist in Layton, Utah to coordinate and manage all CDRL/SDRL deliverables. The role partners with Program Management, Contracts, Quality, and customers to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

You will establish data management processes, maintain document control, and develop dashboards to communicate schedule health and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in management or a related discipline.
• Experience in DoD or aerospace data deliverables is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting practices is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, track, review, and deliver all CDRLs and SDRLs throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Serve as the organization’s central point of contact for contractual data deliverables and collaborate with PM, Contracts, Quality, and customers.
• Establish and maintain data management processes and document control procedures.
• Report metrics and ensure compliance with DIDs, company procedures, and government regulations.
• Serve as the primary administrator for all CDRL/SDRL activities and manage related schedules.
