Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for the night shift to ensure food safety and quality programs are implemented, monitored, and reported.

You will train QA technicians, prioritize department needs, and collaborate with on-site leadership to uphold standards across our carrot and organic vegetable operations.

Qualifikationen

• 1–5 years of experience in quality control and food safety in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, training and team-building skills.
• Ability to use red zone, Heavy connect, Produce Pro or similar QA software.

What You Will Need:

• 1-5 years of experience in quality control and food safety in manufacturing
• Working knowledge of quality and food safety methodologies and implementation within manufacturing environments
• Must have excellent leadership, communication, training, and team building skills.
• Must have good writing, statistical, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and respond to the concerns of managers and subordinates.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to use a computer and/or tablet.
• Must have basic computer and math skills.
• Must be able to use red zone, Heavy connect, Produce Pro or any other QC/QA date software systems.
• Must be able to work overtime depending on business need.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

Total Rewards: $19.75 + 0.20 (NIGHT PREMIUM) / HOUR
