Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group seeks an EHS Technician to join the safety team at the Digiorgio Business Office. You will partner with operations to maintain a safe, compliant workplace across shifts and sites in California.

The role requires knowledge of EHS standards, strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish, and ability to travel and work overtime as needed. You will report to the EHS Manager and help implement safety programs and training.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in EHS regulatory standards.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets policy.

EHS TECHNICIAN

LOCATION: DIGIORGIO BUSINESS OFFICE.

SHIFT: SWING (2:00PM-10:30PM)

REPORTS TO: EHS MANAGER

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an EHS Technician responsible for working with the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team as well as operations and other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. What You Will Need:

• Knowledgeable in EHS regulatory standards.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other similar software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work different shifts.
• May be required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays depending on business need.
• Occasional travel required.
• Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
• must have a valid driver's license andmaintaina driving record that meets companypolicy,insuranceand DMV requirements.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

• Desirable to possess the following certificate(s) OSHA 30 Hour Course, Ag Safety Certificate, NSC Safety Certificate, Forklift Train-the-Trainer, First AID/CPR.

Starting Wage: $20.00 - $25.00 / Hour

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
