Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the quality of Ready to Eat vegetables from raw material to finished product at our San Miguel/ Oxnard facility. You will monitor sampling, records, and overall food safety throughout production to ensure top quality and compliance with standards.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic quality management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have general computer skills.
• Must have prior knowledge in food safety, quality control testing, safety and other related duties.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic quality management systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime nights and weekends if needed.
• Employment is contingent upon successful pre-employment screening.

QUALITY ASSURANCE LEAD

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to monitor overall quality of Ready to Eat vegetables from raw material to finished product and ensure all appropriate samples are collected and evaluated. Monitor the food safety and quality records during production.
