Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Buena Vista, CA to provide timely reporting, analysis, and compliance support for payroll and labor costs. Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll, financial analysis, accounting, labor reporting, or a related analytical role.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or large data requests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation, and analytical reporting.
• Strong understanding of payroll concepts and labor cost reporting.
• Ability to reconcile information across payroll, timekeeping, HR, and financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple recurring reports, audit requests, and project deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain payroll and financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively across Payroll, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Operations, and other departments within the organization.
• Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential payroll and employee information.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.

About the Opportunity: Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Payroll Analyst responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting, analysis, compliance, and financial support related to payroll and labor costs. What You Will Need

Benefits

Starting Wage: $77,000 - $90,000/ YEARLY

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
