Full Time

This is not your average "inspection” job. It's part quality, part lab science, and part process optimization.

As a Quality Assurance Lab Technician, you'll be the critical link between production and performance. You'll make sure our aluminum billet products meet customer specs, run lab tests, and help improve processes across the board.

• Operate precision lab equipment (spectrometers, optical microscopes, CNC machines)
• Prepare and analyze test samples to ensure chemical composition and performance standards are met
• Support Production and Metallurgy teams with real-time test results and process data
• Keep documentation tight - from test records to ISO compliance tracking (9001, 14001, 45001)
• Train others on lab procedures and equipment usage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient lab space
• Keep safety, traceability, and product quality front and center at all times
