Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support development of quality and continuous improvement of the Otis Quality Management System (QMS).
• Document and standardize global quality processes across Operations and Supplier Quality.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support quality program management activities, including project tracking and meeting coordination.
• Develop communication materials and change management plans for global QMS initiatives.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to support process standardization.
• Develop and maintain quality dashboards and KPIs.
• Analyze quality and operational data and prepare reports for leadership reviews.
