Job summary

Eaton Manufacturing in Westminster, CO is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to perform receiving, in-process and final inspections on parts and products, following approved checklists, drawings, POs and specs.

The role requires 2 years' experience in mechanical/visual inspections, use of business software, and knowledge of GD&T and AS9102 FAIs; shift options include 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm and 2nd 3:00pm-11:30pm; wage is $25.00 per hour plus 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

2 years of experience with mechanical and visual inspections.
2 years of experience using business class software in a professional setting.
Eligible to work in the US (citizenship or permanent residency) due to export laws.
Preferred: Lean Six Sigma knowledge; APQP knowledge; FAI AS9102 knowledge; ASQ certification.

Responsibilities

Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on parts and products, including mechanical and visual inspections.
Work to approved inspection checklists, engineering drawings, purchase orders, work instructions and specifications.
Utilize Non-Conforming Material Control to document parts that do not meet specifications.
Ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety are included in daily activities.
