Job summary

Click Bond Inc is seeking a Quality Inspector to verify conformance of manufactured and procured parts against drawings and procedures. You will operate inspection devices, participate in AS9102 FAI activities, and ensure traceability and compliance with ISO 9001 and related standards.

You will train new inspectors, document results, and support root-cause analysis using 5-Why and 8D methods while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. A HS diploma and manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in quality inspection or related position required.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Insp/measure parts with micrometer, caliper, optical equipment to verify conformance.
• Set up Retina automated inspection system and generate reports.
• Stamp approvals for procured or in-house products and document shipping docs.
• Prepare inspection plans and reports; assist training of new inspectors.
• Assist in root-cause analysis (5-Why/8D) and implement corrective actions.
• Perform AS9102 FAI's and NCR processing with documentation and traceability.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and maintain safe work areas.
