Job summary

Click Bond, Inc. seeks a Lead Quality Assurance Inspector to direct the inspection team and ensure compliance with aerospace drawings and procedures. You will audit processes, coordinate schedules and provide training as needed.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in aerospace QA, familiarity with QEMS and ASQ certifications, and experience using inspection tools and MRP systems. This role is on-site in CT with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret aerospace drawings, procedures and written information.
• Exhibits sound and accurate judgment and includes appropriate people in decision-making process.
• Consistently at work and on time.
• Follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments.
• Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person of an alternate plan.
• Working knowledge of Lean Principles and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Produce reports of inspection acceptance or non-conformance and make appropriate computer entries.
• Coordinates the inspection schedule, priorities and staff assignments as directed.
• May compile, write and deliver training material on quality standards and activities.
• Serves as a QA resource for problem identification, resolution and continuous improvement.
