Job summary

Cavco Nampa is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to monitor and influence design and production for high-quality homes and components. You will inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards, HUD requirements, and regulatory specs, while collaborating with production teams to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience reading schematics and understanding fabrication standards.
• Background in quality control inspections preferred in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production and finished products for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Document inspection results with reports and checklists and flag violations to supervisors.
• Work with production teams to communicate corrective actions and improve quality.
• Maintain safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining tools, equipment and work area in a clean, organized state.
