Cargill is hiring for a production role in Minnesota. This full-time position operates on overnight rotating shifts. You will monitor and audit facility processes, ensure food safety programs, perform pre-operational inspections, and maintain records.

Qualificações

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical duties includinglifting up to 50 lbs and climbing
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE
• English communication skills (verbal/written)
• High school diploma or 2 years equivalent work experience

Responsabilidades

• Accurately perform and record monitoring activities and audits throughout the facility
• Monitor and enforce plant food safety programs
• Perform pre-operational inspections and quality monitoring
• Document and maintain records, computer use
• Audit supplies and support inventory management
• Collaborate with peers and management for continuous improvement
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned
