Job summary

Employnet, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure products meet quality standards throughout production. You will inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished goods, document findings, and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.

This role is based in Reno, NV, Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and compliant processes. Prior QA or inspection experience is preferred, along with basic measuring tool knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance or inspection preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, specifications, and written instructions.
• Basic knowledge of measuring tools and inspection equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Verify products meet work orders, specifications, drawings, and company quality standards.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects or quality issues to supervisors and production personnel.
• Conduct re-inspections of repaired or reworked products.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports, records, and quality documentation.
• Assist with identifying root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality and compliance with established procedures.
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to prevent recurring quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
