American AVK Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to support daily QA activities on the production floor to ensure products meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include incoming material inspections, first article inspections, coating inspections, and monitoring valve and hydrant assembly lines and tests for production quality. This role requires 1–2 years QA experience, ability to read drawings, use calipers/micrometers, and lift up to 55 pounds.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Record keeping skills with computer literacy (Microsoft).
• Ability to use measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers etc.).
• Able to organize and schedule the daily workload.
• Familiarity with the metric system.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Must have 1-2 years QA experience.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for supporting daily quality assurance activities on the production floor to ensure all products meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work on special projects assigned and prioritized by the company

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
