Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize quality costs.
Monitor and analyze customer complaints and develop action plans to address identified issues.
Work closely with the service team to ensure quality assurance is incorporated into all aspects of service delivery.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality assurance processes and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to develop and implement cross-functional quality improvement initiatives.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve quality assurance processes and procedures.
Lead supplier factory inspections and part analysis to identify quality issues and drive improvements.
As quality engineer, collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified quality issues.
Visit dealerships to investigate and identify specific instance of customer complaints and work to identify root causes as quality engineer.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
Checks the field’s TSB and creates its own TSB once the field campaign is determined.
