Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to uphold NTI’s quality standards and support field teams across multiple markets. This role is central to driving consistent execution and safety.

Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, you will monitor, coach, and reinforce quality control processes in the field and in the office, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality.
• Experience performing QA/QC audits and inspections.
• Ability to coach field teams on quality expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals and ISPs/OSPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining NTI’s quality protocols.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and evaluations across job sites.
• Provide coaching and real-time feedback to field teams on quality expectations.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in standards.
• Support documentation and standardization efforts, including checklists and reporting tools.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across markets and teams.
