Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks a Safety Manager to lead the Safety Management System and promote a culture of safety across projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and related standards.

You will mentor field teams, conduct audits and incident investigations, maintain training records and risk assessments, and collaborate with operations to integrate safety into planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety management role within construction/telecommunications.
• Bachelor's degree in health and safety or related field preferred.
• Proficient with safety management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Safety Management System elements.
• Lead incident analysis and corrective actions for injuries and near-misses.
• Serve as primary contact for external agencies (fire, health, regulatory bodies).
• Educate workers on safety compliance and safe work practices through training.
• Develop and review Site-Specific Safety Plans and customer guidelines.
