Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to ensure accurate processing of sales documents and contract reviews, supporting Owners and guests in creating memorable vacation experiences.

The role emphasizes quality, timely feedback, and adherence to company standards, with availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete and accurate processing of sales documents.
• Monitor quality, accuracy, productivity and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and discuss paperwork discrepancies with the Sales Executive and/or Sales Manager.
• Review details of contracts with customers.
• Thoroughly review loan applications and financial documents with the customer and ensure proper completion.
• Provide service support to guests and Owners with pricing, property maps, descriptions, and locations.

As a Quality Assurance Executive, a typical day will include:

• Assure complete and accurate processing of documents pertaining to sales.
• Focus on quality, accuracy, productivity and associate motivation with emphasis on monitoring consistency, effective feedback, and accurate tracking.
• Review any paperwork discrepancies or deficiencies with the Sales Executive and/or Sales Manager.
• Review details of contracts with customers.
• Thoroughly review loan applications and financial documents with the customer and ensures proper completion.
• Leverage resources for providing service to guests and Owners (e.g., Vacation Ownership Advisors) in an effective manner.
• Fulfill requests from Owners regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Support team to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Quality Assurance Executive:

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
