Servpro Industries, LLC is seeking an Estimate Review Specialist for the Quality Assurance Department. The role focuses on performing quality audits of job files and ensuring estimates comply with carrier guidelines. The position may require overtime during peak periods to manage the audit queue.

Responsibilities include reviewing estimates, ensuring accuracy, and communicating findings to Franchises. A strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• ,Two years of experience in customer support, QA and/or audit are required.
• ,
• Six months to one year of experience in insurance or estimating preferred.
• Basic understanding of loss estimating and restoration-related fields preferred.
• Experience with industry software and documentation practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review estimates based on carrier guidelines and ensure accuracy.
• Meet targets for review cycle times and maintain quality of estimates.
• Check documents for completeness and adherence to guidelines.
• Use technology to review and analyze written information and damages.
• Handle 40 claims per day across varying stages of the process.
• Communicate findings clearly to franchises via phone, email, and internal systems.
• Document discrepancies and participate in trainings and meetings as needed.
• Support billing disputes and customer resolution efforts as necessary.
