Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking an Estimate Review Specialist to perform quality audits of job files and ensure client guidelines are followed. You will review estimates, maintain cycle times, and analyze documentation for completeness and accuracy.

The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to handle a demanding workload, and clear communication with franchises. A background in insurance loss estimating is preferred and preparation for IICRC credentials is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in customer support, quality assurance, or audit.
• Experience in insurance damage evaluation and estimating preferred.
• Basic understanding of loss estimating and restoration industry helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review estimates based on carrier guidelines with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a 95% department scorecard average and manage backlog during peak periods.
• Communicate clearly with franchises via phone, email and internal systems.
• Assist with billing disputes and customer complaint resolution when needed.
