Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Quality Engineer Associate to document, manage, and implement the Quality Assurance plan for the assigned business unit and/or service center.

You will lead the Quality Management System, ensuring control of documents and nonconforming installations and partnering with the project team on the full scope of work. Responsibilities include conducting 3-phase quality inspections, managing CAPAs, reviewing engineering deliverables, coordinating with third-party testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering or related field; 0+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Document, manage, and implement the Quality Assurance plan for the assigned unit or service center.
• Lead the Quality Management System on the project, including document control and nonconforming installation control.
• Initiate, follow up, and close corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Review engineering deliverables and ensure comments are addressed.
• Coordinate with 3rd party peer design and testing agencies; implement recommendations.
