Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Quality Control 2 Engineer to lead and verify quality across field installations, ensuring compliance with safety policies and project standards.

You will develop and manage the Quality Control Plan, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, perform design reviews, audits, and prepare quality reports while driving process improvements using established frameworks like ISO, CMMI, and Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management; Industrial/Systems Engineering preferred.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Working knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control System.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer-specific quality requirements and develop project-specific quality plans.
• Create and maintain project quality plans and align external and MMC quality plans.
• Conduct mutual understanding meetings with subcontractors.
• Maintain Quality Control Tracking Log (QCTL) for three phases of QC.
