Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a QA Engineer to support quality control programs across a manufacturing plant, customer sites, and supplier facilities. The role translates customer specifications into product and process criteria, creates control plans, and drives improvements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with production, handling customer inspections, and participating in CIP events. A BS/BA or 0–2 years of QA experience is preferred, with strong MS Office and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field, or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production to plan and execute inbound and production checks.
• Manage relations with customers or inspectors; participate in audits.
• Monitor KPIs and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Support quality data analysis and documentation per QAP requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve QC issues and close documentation queries.
