Job summary

Stryker is offering a Quality Engineering internship in Redmond, WA. You will contribute to ongoing projects across Advanced Quality, Process Quality, Supplier Quality, and Quality teams, gaining hands-on experience in design verification, validation, and process improvement.

You will work with a motivated cohort, gain mentorship from leaders, and develop documentation and presentation skills while supporting product quality and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and must remain enrolled.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on Quality Engineering projects in AQE, PQE, SQE, or Quality teams to ensure product excellence.
• Help document complex processes and present results clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and improvements.
• Engage with internal and external partners to support product quality and regulatory readiness.
