Job summary

Stryker invites aspiring engineers to join our Quality Engineering internship programs in Redmond, WA. You’ll work on meaningful projects that influence product quality and reliability while gaining mentorship from leaders in a fast-paced healthcare technology company.

You’ll document processes, develop problem-solving skills, and contribute to cross-functional teams across several AQE/PQE/SQE areas. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
