Job summary

Stryker Corporation is offering internships in Quality Engineering across AQE, PQE, SQE, and Quality roles. You will contribute to development projects, support root-cause analyses, and collaborate with suppliers while gaining mentorship from senior leaders in a fast-moving healthcare technology environment.

You will apply classroom knowledge on real products, work with CAD and LabVIEW tools, and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• AQE: work on engineering projects related to development of new products, including verification and validation.
• PQE: support product sustainment and root-cause analysis to improve quality and processes.
• SQE: engage with suppliers to ensure components meet standards and drive collaboration.
• Quality: help evaluate risk, meet customer needs, and assist with regulatory interactions and post-market issues.
