Job summary

Stryker invites you to join our Quality Engineering internship program in the United States, where you’ll contribute to meaningful projects and gain mentorship from leaders while experiencing an innovative culture in healthcare.

You will rotate through Advanced Quality, Process Quality, Supplier Quality, and Quality teams, tackling real engineering challenges and developing skills in design verification, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on AQE projects focused on design verification and validation.
• Assist PQE with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate on supplier quality activities and cross-functional reviews.
• Support quality processes and regulatory interactions post-market.
• Document complex processes and present findings clearly.
