Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs intern in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience supporting quality processes to ensure product compliance and patient safety, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and leaders who mentor you throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree‑seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Management System activities to help maintain compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal procedures
• Assist with Nonconformance reporting by helping investigate quality issues, document findings, and support timely resolution
• Contribute to Corrective and Preventive Action activities by supporting root cause analysis, action planning, and effectiveness checks
• Partner with cross‑functional teams such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supplier Quality, and Operations to support quality initiatives
• Review and organize quality documentation, records, and process information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with procedural requirements
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on strengthening quality processes, reducing risk, and improving efficiency
• Gain exposure to audits, quality metrics, and compliance activities that help ensure products and processes meet Stryker’s high standards
