Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform quality management reviews (QMR), write reports, raise requests for internal / supplier action and follow up.
• Perform onsite internal and external customer technical investigations at the manufacturing site.
• Provide daily visibility on internal customer issues to quality and manufacturing teams.
• Lead technical investigations.
• Establish containment plans in manufacturing (short term / long term).
• Infrequent on-site visits at internal customer manufacturing sites.
