Job summary

CFS Curtiss-Wright Controls Inc in Shelby, NC is seeking a Material Prep for the 2nd shift (2 PM–10 PM). You will prepare, stage, and manage components, hardware, and tooling for production and assembly, while keeping a clean, organized work area and following safety procedures.

This position offers competitive pay in the $20–$26 per hour range, with benefits including PTO, 401K with employer match, health and wellness, and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, stages, components, hardware, and tooling for production and assembly operations.
• Maintains set-ups of grit blast and plating equipment.
• Programs Oven for Post Plate bake out.
• Maintains organized work area.
• Responsible for proper handling of Hazardous Waste and keeping work area clean and free of safety hazards.
• Cleans, masks, plates, demasks, and identifies parts in accordance with all quality and manufacturing procedures.
• Plates a variety of parts to blueprint using manual methods and completes all associated paperwork.
• Assists with troubleshooting basic plating problems.

Material Prep *2nd Shift (2PM to 10PM)

As a Material Prep you will be responsible for performing a broad range of material preparation activities in support of manufacturing and assembly operations.

Location: Shelby, NC Salary: $20-$26/Hr Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in NC. Your Challenge
