We are looking for a Structural Integrity Engineer to join our Shelby team! As our Structural Integrity Engineer you will perform static stress, fatigue life and damage tolerance analysis on mechanical parts associated with aircraft rotary and linear actuation equipment including gears; perform vibration, shock and dynamic analysis on mechanical equipment; work with mechanical design engineers to optimize designs for minimum size and weight; perform thermal analysis and FEA modeling on mechanical equipment, electric motors and motor electronic drive assemblies.
Location: Shelby, NC Salary: $131,000 to $189,200 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in NC.
