Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation, Exlar division, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer in Chanhassen, MN on-site. You will develop and refine quality standards and inspection criteria, analyze production data, review nonconformances, and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and process stability.

You will provide technical support to inspection and production teams, interpret specifications, and participate in audits while supporting continuous improvement and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• 4-6+ years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing quality support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, apply, and refine quality standards, inspection criteria, and procedures for receiving, in-process, and final product evaluation.
• Analyze production data, review nonconformances, determine dispositions, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and process stability.
• Provide technical support to inspection and production teams.
• Interpret specifications, resolve quality issues, and ensure consistent application of inspection methods.
• Support customer, vendor, and internal department interactions by addressing quality concerns.
• Participate in audits and prepare required product assurance documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends and updating quality standards.
