  • Strong documentation practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, apply, and refine quality standards, inspection criteria, and procedures for receiving, in-process, and final product evaluation to ensure compliance with internal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze production data, review nonconformances, determine dispositions, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and process stability.
  • Provide technical support to inspection and production teams, interpreting specifications, resolving quality issues, and ensuring consistent application of inspection methods.
  • Support customer, vendor, and internal department interactions by addressing quality concerns, participating in audits, and preparing required product assurance documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, recommending updates to quality standards, and supporting enhancements to test methods and procedures.
