Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Quality Assurance data specialist to establish and update QA data files, logs, and databases. You will process and verify forms, distribute reports, and support audits and customer transmittals, ensuring accuracy per procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year in document handling, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience performing document handling and filing tasks.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (i.e. excel, word, outlook, etc).
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain US Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and update data in manual logging systems, files, computer spreadsheets and databases.
• Prepare Quality Assurance documentation for transmittal to the customer and other departments where procedures are established.
• Review nonconformance reports and other quality documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Issue and control the distribution of inspection forms, instruction check lists, etc.
• Maintain a working knowledge of department systems and procedures as they relate to position responsibilities.
