Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a QA data clerk to establish and update quality assurance data across spreadsheets and databases. You will verify completeness, generate standard reports, and maintain documentation for review by internal teams and customers.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of document handling experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. US citizenship is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience performing document handling and filing tasks.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain US Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and update data in manual logging systems, files, computer spreadsheets and databases.
• Create standard reports, summaries, trends and graphs for review of databases and files.
• Review nonconformance reports and other quality documents for completeness and accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare Quality Assurance documentation for transmittal to the customer and other departments.
• Distribute inspection forms and checklists; control document distribution.
• Maintain files and records; audit documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of department systems and procedures as they relate to responsibilities.
• Perform work of equal or lower code level as required.
