Job summary

Unity House in Troy, NY is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator for the Supported Housing program. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on ensuring quality of care for clients living with mental illness and compliance with funding requirements.

You will work with the Supported Housing team, track data in EHRs and funding databases, assist with grants and reports, manage a caseload, and promote inclusion. A bachelor’s degree and NYS driver license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health, human, or educational services and three years qualifying experience or equivalent preferred.
• Extensive experience can substitute for a degree.
• Experience working with people living with mental illness and/or other at risk populations required.
• Valid and clean NYS driver license required.
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience working with in EHR systems and other databases preferred.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $22.02 To $23.15 Hourly

Our Supported Housing program is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join the team. This position has the option of a hybrid schedule.

This role will work closely with our Supported Housing team and program managers to ensure quality of care to those living with mental illness and funding compliance.

$1250 sign on bonus to those who qualify
