Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a QA Coordinator for our plasma center to ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, CLIA, OSHA and internal procedures. You will review donor records, labeling and shipment documentation, and participate in CAPA and audits to improve quality and compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma, current CPR, and at least one year in a donor center with QA or medical experience. You will contribute to training and help resolve non-conformances to maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Current CPR card required.
• One year experience in a donor center with QA or medical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Authorized to STOP PRODUCTION
• Authorized to STOP RELEASE OF SHIPMENTS
• Assist in ongoing development of the QA program.
• Implement manufacturing process controls and systems.
• Conduct audits and discuss findings with QA Manager.
• Review donor records for accuracy and compliance daily.
• Review plasma storage, packing, labeling and shipment documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and CAPA procedures are followed.
• Assist in training of employees and investigate non-conformances.
