Job summary

ABO Plasma is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure plasma center compliance with SOPs, cGMP and CLIA guidelines. The role reports to the QA Manager and is based in West Valley City, UT, offering hourly non-exempt status.

You will conduct audits, review donor records, validate labeling and shipments, and support ongoing QA program development with a focus on regulatory compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organization and communication to ensure SOP compliance.
• Ability to use a computer and perform data review.
• Capable of performing audits, reports, and CAPA tracking.

Responsibilities

• Authorize to stop production when necessary.
• Review donor records daily for accuracy and compliance.
• Review plasma storage and shipment records.
• Conduct monthly audits and discuss compliance issues.
• Assist in training and development of QA staff.
• Monitor corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare reports and ensure documentation meets CLIA and cGMP standards.
• Assist in resolution of errors or non-compliance at centers.
