Job summary

Accurate Courier Services is seeking a CCR to support couriers, clients and healthcare networks by coordinating deliveries and maintaining clear communication. This role is not a call center; it requires fast thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving under pressure.

The position is full-time on-site in Cincinnati with a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift, some weekend availability due to our 24/7 operation. Starting pay is $17.00/hour, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ year of customer service or dispatch/logistics experience preferred.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable, professional, and calm under pressure.
Proficient computer skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Managing incoming calls from healthcare clients to place or update delivery orders.
Processing and monitoring routed and on-demand medical deliveries.
Performing quality assurance checks to verify timely and compliant service.
Working closely with Operations to resolve issues and ensure all client needs are met.
Maintaining accurate documentation and communication across departments.
