Job summary

You will perform in-process and final inspections, interpret drawings, and document results to ensure products meet safety and performance standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on inspection experience, understands mechanical/electrical components, and demonstrates strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quality inspection in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, specifications
• Experience using standard inspection tools and electrical test equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn quality software
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation
• Ability to work with Production and Engineering to resolve quality concerns
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing setting
• Availability for occasional overtime

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of HVAC systems and components
• Interpret drawings to determine inspection criteria
• Use calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and gauges to verify conformity
• Document inspection results in quality software and reports
• Identify quality issues and support root cause analysis with Engineering/Production
• Assist with calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment
• Maintain quality records per regulatory requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
