Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to lead QA/QC on concrete production and construction projects, ensuring compliance with ASTM, ACI, safety and client specifications. You will perform audits, site inspections, audit findings, and work with project managers to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement in processes and quality.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent military service.
3-5 years of quality assurance/quality control management experience.
Experience in risk mitigation and non-conformance management.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and construction documents.
Familiarity with QA/QC software and data management tools.

Responsibilities

Provide QA/QC supervision to ensure processes are followed and quality standards are met.
Enforce ASTM/ACI standards and safety/environmental regulations on projects.
Conduct site audits and inspections; coordinate corrective actions with engineers and PMs.
Identify risk points and manage non-conformances through root cause analysis.
Oversee concrete mix design and QC testing to meet specs.
