Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal regulations and Consumer Services policy.
• Ability to review payments against authorization for processing.
• Strong communication of compliance findings to requestors.

Responsibilities

• Review authorization for appropriate documentation, fees, codes, forms, and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Initiate planning, coordinating, and conducting Quality Assurance Reviews daily.
• Conduct consumer surveys across agency programs and track feedback and trends.
• Identify trends from QA reviews to train staff and improve service delivery.
• Conduct special topical reviews as directed by the QA Director.
• Assist in ongoing activities of the Quality Assurance Division to ensure compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
